• Unused game credits: full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Passes (Weekend / Monthly / Yearly): full refund within 48 hours of purchase if no game has been started since.
• Technical errors or double charges: if you were charged and the plan did not activate, or you were charged twice, we refund in full.
• Gift codes: refundable while the code is unused.

How to ask for a refund

Email us with your order number (it starts with ord_) and the email you used at checkout. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Tap and usually arrive within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank.

The first game is free, so you can try Majlis before you buy.
